นโยบายการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ / Cancellation Policy

  • ลูกค้าสามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อได้ก่อนสินค้าถูกจัดส่ง โดยติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าที่ info@jswasset.com, +66 86 320 2206 หรือ LINE @shugarshugarth พร้อมแจ้งหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ You can cancel an order before it ships by contacting info@jswasset.com, +66 86 320 2206, or LINE @shugarshugarth with your order number.
  • เมื่อสินค้าถูกจัดส่งแล้ว ไม่สามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อได้ แต่สามารถขอคืนสินค้าได้ตามเงื่อนไขด้านล่าง Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be returned under the conditions below.
  • คำสั่งซื้อที่ชำระเงินแล้วและยกเลิกสำเร็จ จะได้รับเงินคืนเต็มจำนวนผ่านช่องทางการชำระเงินเดิม ตามขั้นตอนการคืนเงินด้านล่าง If you have already paid, a cancelled order receives a full refund to the original payment method, following the refund process below.

นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและคืนเงิน / Returns and Refunds Policy

เนื่องจากลักษณะของสินค้าเครื่องสำอาง บริษัทไม่รับคืนสินค้ากรณีเปลี่ยนใจ และรับคืนสินค้าหรือคืนเงินเฉพาะกรณีต่อไปนี้ Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. We accept returns or refunds only in these cases:

  • ได้รับสินค้าผิดรายการ / You received the wrong item
  • สินค้าชำรุด เสียหาย หรือมีตำหนิเมื่อได้รับ / The item is damaged or defective on delivery
  • สินค้าหมดอายุเมื่อได้รับ / The item is expired on delivery

เงื่อนไข / Conditions

  • ติดต่อบริษัทโดยตรงภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า ทางอีเมล info@jswasset.com  โทรศัพท์ +66 86 320 2206 หรือ LINE @shugarshugarth พร้อมหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อและรูปถ่ายสินค้า Contact us directly within 7 days of delivery by email (info@jswasset.com), phone (+66 86 320 2206), or LINE (@shugarshugarth) with your order number and photos of the item.
  • แนะนำให้ถ่ายวิดีโอขณะเปิดกล่องพัสดุเป็นหลักฐาน โดยเฉพาะกรณีสินค้าขาด ผิด หรือเสียหาย เพื่อให้ตรวจสอบได้เร็วขึ้น หากไม่มีวิดีโอ สามารถส่งรูปถ่ายที่ชัดเจนและหลักฐานอื่นแทนได้ We recommend an unboxing video as evidence, especially for missing, wrong, or damaged items, as it speeds up our check. If you have no video, clear photos and other evidence are accepted.
  • ทุกคำขอจะได้รับการตรวจสอบก่อนอนุมัติ Every request is reviewed and verified before approval.
  • สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม พร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์และของแถม (ถ้ามี) Items must be returned in their original condition with packaging and any free gifts.
  • กรุณาอย่าส่งสินค้าคืนก่อนได้รับการอนุมัติ เมื่อได้รับอนุมัติแล้ว ลูกค้าเลือกได้ว่าจะส่งคืนที่สำนักงานของบริษัท (เลขที่ 3 ซอยลาดพร้าว 3 แขวงจอมพล เขตจตุจักร กรุงเทพมหานคร 10900 ในเวลาทำการ) หรือนัดหมายให้บริษัทเข้ารับสินค้า Do not return any product before your request is approved. Once approved, you can either bring it to our office (No.3, Soi Ladprao 3, Jomphol, Jatujark, Bangkok 10900, during business hours) or book a pickup with us.

ค่าจัดส่งสินค้าคืน / Return Shipping Cost

  • กรณีสินค้าผิด ชำรุด เสียหาย หรือหมดอายุที่ได้รับการอนุมัติ: บริษัทเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งคืน Approved returns of wrong, damaged, defective, or expired items: we pay the return shipping.
  • กรณีอื่น: ค่าจัดส่งคืนจะพิจารณาตามนโยบายการคืนสินค้านี้ Any other case: return shipping costs are assessed under this return policy.

การคืนเงิน / Refunds

  • เมื่อบริษัทได้รับและตรวจสอบสินค้าแล้ว จะแจ้งผลการอนุมัติทางอีเมล After we receive and inspect the item, we will email you whether the refund is approved.
  • เงินคืนจะโอนกลับไปยังบัญชีที่ลูกค้าใช้ชำระเงิน สำหรับคำสั่งซื้อที่ชำระผ่าน PromptPay หรือ Mobile Banking บริษัทอาจขอข้อมูลบัญชีสำหรับรับเงินคืนเพื่อตรวจสอบ ข้อมูลนี้ใช้เพื่อการคืนเงินเท่านั้น การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วันหลังอนุมัติ ระยะเวลาที่เงินเข้าบัญชีขึ้นอยู่กับธนาคารของลูกค้า Refunds go back to the original payment method, the account you paid from. For PromptPay or Mobile Banking orders, we may ask for your payment details to verify and send the refund. These details are used only for the refund. Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval. When the money appears depends on your bank.
  • ค่าจัดส่งเดิมจะได้รับคืนเฉพาะกรณีที่เกิดจากความผิดพลาดของบริษัท หรือสินค้าชำรุดเสียหาย The original shipping fee is refunded only when the return is caused by our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
